Refund policy

We have an All Sales Final Policy, which means that once an order has been placed under no conditions can the order be returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order within 2 business days of upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and remedy the issue.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, under no condition do we offer a product exchange. If for any reason, for example if the shoes do not fit, we will be willing to offer you a cash out or store credit price. First the product will need to be sent back to us and from there the if agreed upon cash our or store credit price will be applied.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
